Ford Mustang Auto TransportationThe Ford Mustang is one of Ford’s longest running models, having been introduced in 1964. It’s creation brought in the pony car and led to release the Chevy Camaro and AMC to release the Javelin, two highly prized cars by car aficionados.

The Mustang has seen many different faces in its years of production, and as of now Ford has no plans to discontinue the Mustang, as it is easily one of Ford’s most recognized brand names. The Mustang has sold over 13 million units since its introduction.

The current Ford Mustang comes in 11 different models, with the cheapest package being the V6 Mustang, which gets 19/31 mpg (city/highway) and has a 3.7L V6 engine. This model has an MSRP of $22,310. It is available in four pacakages: the V6, the V6 Premium, the V6 Convertible and the V6 Premium Convertible. Another model, the GT, also comes in four packages: the GT, the GT Premium, the GT Convertible and the GT Premium Convertible. Prices range from the $31,310 GT to the $38,710 GT Premium Convertible.

Ford also offers a Boss 302 Mustang model, which features a V8 engine with 17/26 mpg, adjustable front and rear shocks and more. The Shelby GT500, the most expensive production Mustang available, comes with a 5.4L supercharged V8 and 19-inch premium painted forged aluminum wheels. However, the price is pretty steep, topping out at $53,810 for the GT500 convertible (just $48,310 with a hard top).

The Mustang has been redesigned from the ground-up to appeal to muscle car enthusiasts as well as regular people who want a nice car but without the expense. It has 305-550 hp depending on which model you’re talking about as well as 280-510 ft-lbs of torque.

The Mustang hasn’t changed in almost forty years, which means auto transportation for a brand new one goes much the same as it does for a classic one. Auto transportation companies know how to handle a Ford Mustang. You can also find more information about the Ford Mustang here.
