Official Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor

All contests, giveaways, and scholarship programs ("Promotions") are sponsored by American Auto Shipping, located at 3650 S Eastern Ave, Suite 100-F, Las Vegas, NV 89169 ("Sponsor"). American Auto Shipping is an AI-powered shipping marketplace — not a broker and not a carrier.

2. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in individual contest rules:

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Scholarship programs may have additional eligibility requirements (enrollment status, GPA, field of study, military service, etc.) as stated on each contest page.
• Proof of eligibility is required. Winners must provide documentation verifying their eligibility within 14 days of notification. Failure to provide proof results in disqualification.

4. Entry Requirements

• Referral Code Required: Each entry requires a valid referral code. Referral codes are embedded in links provided by partner institutions (universities, organizations, publications) that list our contests on their websites. Direct entries without a referral code are not accepted. To obtain a referral code, find our contest listed on your institution's scholarship page, organization's resource page, or a publication that features our programs.
• One entry per person per contest. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.
• All information submitted must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading information results in immediate disqualification.
• Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.

5. Promotion Periods

All Promotions run on an annual cycle. Specific start and end dates are listed on each contest page. Unless otherwise stated:

• Quarterly drawings: Winners selected at the end of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31).
• Annual awards: Winners selected by January 15 of the following year.
• All entries received during the promotion period are eligible for that period's drawing.

6. Winner Selection & Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each promotion period.

• Giveaway drawings (Free Shipping, Military Appreciation, First Responder, Teacher Appreciation): Winners are selected by random drawing from all verified eligible entries.
• Scholarship/Essay programs (Academic Scholarship, Veterans in Business, Women in Logistics, CDL Training, Small Business Grant): Winners are selected by a judging panel based on merit, including quality of application, demonstrated need, and alignment with program goals.
• All entries must be verified as eligible before inclusion in the drawing or judging process.
• The real-time entry count displayed on each contest page reflects total submissions, not verified eligible entries.

7. Verification Process

All entries are subject to verification before being considered eligible:

• Referral verification: Entry must have originated from a valid external partner website.
• Identity verification: Winner must confirm identity with government-issued ID.
• Eligibility verification: Depending on the contest, winners must provide:
  • Military programs: DD-214, active military ID (CAC), LES, or official orders
  • First Responder: Department ID, badge number, or employment verification letter
  • Teacher: Employment letter or contract from current/new school
  • Scholarship: Enrollment verification, transcript, or student ID
  • Small Business: Business license, EIN, or articles of incorporation
  • CDL Training: Enrollment confirmation in accredited CDL program
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that cannot be verified.

8. Prizes

• Minimum prize value for all Promotions is $500.
• For vehicle shipping prizes, actual value is determined by the winner's specific shipment (origin, destination, vehicle type, transport method).
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Shipping prizes are valid for continental United States (CONUS) shipments only.
• Winners must schedule their shipment within 90 days of prize notification.
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prize value.
• Prize winners receiving $600 or more will be issued a 1099-MISC form.

9. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email at the address provided in their entry.
• Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Winners will be announced on the Sponsor's website and social media channels (first name, last initial, and city/state only — no full names or contact info).

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through contest entries will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Sponsor will not sell, rent, or share entrant information with third parties except as required to fulfill prizes or comply with law. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

11. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time for any reason.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
