Terms & Conditions

Eligibility. The Military Appreciation Free Shipment ("Contest") is open to active-duty service members, reservists, National Guard members, and military dependents with valid military identification. Entrants must be located within the continental United States (CONUS) for the purpose of shipping.

Proof of Service. Winners must provide proof of military service before claiming the prize. Acceptable proof includes a valid military ID (CAC), Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), official military orders, or a dependent ID card. Failure to provide adequate proof will result in disqualification.

Prize. One winner per quarter will receive free vehicle shipping services valued at minimum $500 (value determined by shipment). The prize covers standard open auto transport for CONUS (continental US) shipments only. Hawaii, Alaska, and OCONUS shipments are not included. If the actual shipping cost exceeds $500+ (value determined by shipment), the winner is responsible for the difference. No cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection & Notification. Winners are selected quarterly by random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

Scheduling. The winner is responsible for scheduling their shipment through the American Auto Shipping marketplace. Shipments must be booked within 90 days of winner notification and must originate and terminate within the continental United States.

Disqualification. False or misleading information, including fraudulent claims of military service, will result in immediate disqualification. American Auto Shipping reserves the right to verify the eligibility and military status of all entrants.
