The Climate in Las Vegas is an arid desert climate, which is consistent with where the city is located, the Mojave Desert. The summers are infamous for massive heat waves and constant sunshine with the lows in the evening touching around the mid 70’s. Winter is mild, reaching the mid 60’s and lasting a shorter time than most standard cities mild climates.
