Of course, no one is going to go for that – would you? Trust is something that must be earned, and when it comes to picking a car transport company there’s a few things that you can do to ensure that you can trust that company, starting with getting an idea of how trustworthy they actually are.

We highly recommend reading customer reviews of those different companies to understand more about how those companies operate and the services that they provide as well as how trustworthy they are. This is the biggest component to finding a trustworthy shipping company.
Take a look at reviews that talk about how they conversed with the customer and how they handled any problems that arose. Was the company helpful and respectful and professional? Did they give the customer a hard time and not explain things? Were they rude or friendly over the phone? You want to build a rapport and a sense of trust with your representative, and the best way to do that is to talk to them.

You should focus on asking questions related to the shipment of your vehicle and, more importantly, how their specific companies handle the shipment of a vehicle and the minutiae that goes into it. Ask them about their prices and policies and wait times.
Talk to their representatives and get a sense of how they handle customers on a day-to-day basis. Ultimately, try to build a rapport with your representative, as that’s going to be the best way to determine the trustworthiness of an auto transport company.
