Vero Beach is a city in and the county seat of Indian River County, Florida; according to an official estimate conducted by the US Census Bureau, the city’s population was just under 17,000 residents. It is a principal city of the Sebastian-Vero Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area and is also the home of the Los Angeles Dodgers spring training camp, though it moved to Glendale, Arizona in 2008.

The majority of the city’s commercial activity comes from tourism, mostly through the “snowbird” season, and the city is also known for its great, sparkling beaches.
